I am such a sucker for ruffles in a dress! This has easily become my favorite black dress. I feel like some black dresses can only be worn at a funeral or black tie event, but this is PERFF for any occasion. My favorite way to wear this dress is with thick black leggings, boots, and a stylish hat!
