RETURN POLICY

As of January 2026 all clothing and sale items are FINAL SALE. No Exclusions.

 

Items that arrive damaged
Items with manufacturing defects
Incorrect items sent



How to file a return or claim

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Step 1: take a clear photo

Photograph the damaged or defective item showing:

  • The damage or defect clearly visible

  • The item in its packaging (if possible)

  • Any relevant packaging damage

Tip: Use good lighting and take multiple angles if needed.

 

Step 2: email us

Send your photo to: info@COL1972.com

 

Include in your email:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the damage or defect

  • Whether it's a sample order or customer order

Step 3: we'll resolve it

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

 

Option A: Replacement
We'll ship a replacement item at no cost

 

Option B: COL1972 Credit
We can provide credit toward future orders

 

You choose which resolution works best for you.


Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. 

    *   COL1972 is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery and/or tracking number.

     

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    We only ship within the United States, and Puerto Rico, Canada & the UK at this time. 


    All shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be processed the following business day. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.

    If you order multiple times in one day, please email us at info@col1972.com and we will combine your orders and refund the extra shipping charges.

    USA shipping is based on weight.
    FREE Shipping on orders of $200 or more - can not be combined with other discounts.

    Should your package be lost in transit, email us at info@col1972.com with your order number. We will file a claim for the package and if your package cannot be found upon completion of the investigation, we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available, we will issue a store credit. We are not able to file a claim for missing packages until the package has been in transit for at least 15 days.

    We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers and cannot refund shipping if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
    Please contact them directly regarding your delayed package.

    We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or stolen upon delivery. We are unable to issue a refund if the shipping carrier confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier directly regarding your missing package.
