HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 10, 2021
We have an extended Return Policy. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day, which is January 8, 2022, to return your Online Purchase. Full priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to Method of Payment!
- Items purchased prior to November 10, 2021 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.
- Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, Final Sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed
Regular RETURN POLICY
The COL1972 Family wants our Life Tribe to love your purchase as much as we love creating them. If you don't adore it, send it back! It's that easy! We will happily accept items in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused with no makeup or deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, cigarette smell or stains of any kind) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE items include items purchased from a SALE category and items purchased at a discount of 25% or more. Accessories, graphic tees, tank tops, sweatshirts, bathing suits and earrings are also FINAL SALE.
If you return a final sale item, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
How to Return
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Please keep returned merchandise (if possible) in original packaging. Otherwise, wrap the returned item in paper of some kind to protect it during shipping. We ask that you include the packing slip, the sheet of paper in the bag with your order number and purchase information, with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please write your name, email, and order number on a sheet of paper and include it in the return.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll email your store credit to you.
* COL1972 is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery and/or tracking number.
* No Exchanges at this time. Please return item for any reason stated above and then re-order as you wish.
If your item arrives damaged, email us at email@example.com within two days of receipt of your order. Please include photos of the damage.
We regret to announce that due to COVID challenges, we only ship within the United States and to Canada and Puerto Rico.
COVID is still a challenge with shipping as of November 2021, USPS struggles to fulfill orders in a timely manner due to limited staff.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size of package, and distance.
All shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be processed the following business day. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.
If you order multiple times in one day, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will combine your orders and refund the extra shipping charges.
Free Shipping on orders over $150
Should your package be lost in transit, email us at email@example.com with your order number. We will file a claim for the package and if your package cannot be found upon completion of the investigation, we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available, we will issue a store credit. We are not able to file a claim for missing packages until the package has been in transit for at least 15 days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers and cannot refund shipping if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly regarding your delayed package.
We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or stolen upon delivery. We are unable to issue a refund if the shipping carrier confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier directly regarding your missing package.
