Please keep returned merchandise (if possible) in original packaging. Otherwise, wrap the returned item in paper of some kind to protect it during shipping. We ask that you include the packing slip, the sheet of paper in the bag with your order number and purchase information, with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please write your name, email, and order number on a sheet of paper and include it in the return.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll email your store credit to you.

If the items are no longer available, we will issue a store credit. We are not able to file a claim for missing packages until the package has been in transit for at least 15 days.
